Shipping Time For The Continental US

We ship items to addresses in the Continental US via FED EX. Most customers receive their order in just 2 to 10 business days after we send it out. Imprinted items take longer. Need it even faster? Please ask for an estimate.

Shipping Time For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO Boxes

Orders ship via US Postal Services. Please contact us if you need to know how long it will take to receive your order.

Shipping Charges For The Continental US
  • Orders less than $100.00, pay a $3.99 shipping charge.
  • Orders $50.00 or less pay a $7.49 shipping charge.
  • Orders $100.00 and over pay NO shipping charge.
Shipping Charges For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO Boxes

Additional freight charges will be added to your order.

Backorders

Occasionally an item may be out of stock and will be placed on backorder and shipped to you once we receive it. We pay the shipping on all backordered products. In the event that an item will not be available for 30 days or more, you will be notified in the event that we cancel the backorder. You will be able to order a substitute product with no shipping charges. Backorders for $20.00 or under are automatically cancelled.

Imprinted Products
Custom Artwork
  • All custom artwork must be mailed or emailed to us - Our preference is email.
  • When emailing artwork, we prefer the following formats: JPEG, TIFF or EPS. Please call if you have ANY questions about email or other formats.
  • All custom artwork must be in black and white. No colors or shades of gray will be accepted. Below is an example of acceptable custom artwork.
  • Artwork that requires touching up will incur an additional art charge. You will be given an estimate before your order is processed.

Fonts

We MUST use standard Arial lettering for hexagon pencils. On all other products, if no lettering choice is given, we will use Arial. Some of our most popular font styles for custom imprints are:

Pricing Policy

Web orders receive all the sales and promotions in our catalog. Sale prices are good for the dates stated. We regret that we can not extend deadlines. We reserve the right to change prices.

Payment Terms

Orders shipped to verifiable school addresses for School Store Managers, PTAs, PTOs, Principals, Teachers, Librarians, Fund-Raising Committees, and School Districts receive up to $1000.00 of instant credit with 30 days normal terms. We reserve the right to refuse credit. Other organizations and individuals can order prepaid. We accept US postal money orders, certified checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards.

Returns

All items can be returned for full credit. Damaged items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Other items (including imprints) must be returned in full units and within 30 days of delivery. Imprinted items may be returned if you are not fully satisfied.
