Shipping Time For The Continental US We ship all in-stock non-imprinted items to addresses in the Continental US via UPS within 48 hours of receiving your order. Most customers receive their order in just 2 to 8 business days after we send it out. Need it even faster? Please ask for an estimate.
Shipping Time For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO Boxes Orders ship via US Postal Services. Please contact us if you need to know how long it will take to receive your order.
Shipping Charges For The Continental US (as of May 1, 2009)
- Orders less than $50.00, pay a $7.49 shipping charge.
- Orders $50.00 to $99.99 pay a $3.99 shipping charge.
- Orders $100.00 and over pay NO shipping charge.
Shipping Charges For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO Boxes Additional freight charges will be added to your order.
Backorders Occasionally an item may be out of stock and will be placed on backorder and shipped to you once we receive it. We pay the shipping on all backordered products. In the event that an item will not be available for 30 days or more, you will be notified in the event that we cancel the backorder. You will be able to order a substitute product with no shipping charges.

Inventory Availability
1. Backordered An out of stock item that you can order and it will be shipped to you when we receive it. We pay the shipping on all backordered products. In the event that an item will not be available for 30 days or more, you will be notified in the event that we cancel the backorder. You will be able to order a substitute product with no shipping charges.
2. Temporarily Out of Stock - No Backorders An out of stock item that you can not order.
3. Discontinued A permanently out of stock item that we are no longer selling.

Coupons If you have a coupon that you would like to apply to your order, please enter the coupon number in the 'Coupon Code' box on the shopping cart page and press the 'Recalculate' button.
Special Price Code Enter the code that is situated in the blue box on the back cover of your catalog in the 'Special Price Code' box (Note: This box is on the 2nd check out page which is where you will be brought after you press the 'Continue Checking Out' button on the shopping cart page). If you do not have a catalog, leave this box blank.

Imprinted Products
Custom Artwork:
- We no longer accept faxed custom artwork.
- All custom artwork must be mailed or emailed to us - Our preference is email.
- When emailing artwork, we prefer the following formats: JPEG, TIFF or EPS. Please call if you have ANY questions about email or other formats.
- All custom artwork must be in black and white. No colors or shades of gray will be accepted. Below is an example of acceptable custom artwork.
- Artwork that requires touching up will incur an additional art charge. You will be given an estimate before your order is processed.

Standard Imprint Colors: Red, Green, Blue, Orange, Black, Silver, Pink, Brown, Maroon, Yellow, White, Purple, Gray and Teal.
Fonts: We MUST use standard Arial lettering for notebooks with stock logos, folders with stock logos and hexagon pencils. On all other products, if no lettering choice is given, we will use Arial. Some of our most popular font styles for custom imprints are:
Pencil Colors available for Classic Color Pencils: Please use this as a reference for the pull down menu when choosing a color for either the Imprinted ClassicColor Hexagon Pencil (#101207) or the Imprinted ClassicColor Round Pencil (#101209).

Artwork Approval:
- Please supply a fax number or email address for artwork approval. We will be unable to process your order without your approval.
- We will not be responsible for mis-imprinted items after we receive the artwork approval form.
- Once the artwork approval form has been signed, customers are responsible for payment of set-up charges and custom artwork touch-up fees.
Returns: Imprinted items may be returned if you are not fully satisfied. However, customers will be responsible for payment of set-up charges and custom artwork touch-up fees.
